Primary Health and Life Coach

Bio: Bri is a health and life coach who received her health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and an “honorary degree” in gut health from the School of Life. She is passionate about helping her clients experience a higher quality of life through better digestion, restorative rest, stress management, spiritual practices (like mindfulness), meaningful work, and healthy relationships.

My Story: I’m not the first to say that wellness is a journey, not a destination—but I believe it to be true. It’s a practice of listening to your body, mind and soul and understanding how each affects the other.

For over a decade, I have wrestled with digestive issues like severe constipation, celiac disease, and bacterial overgrowths. Then in 2020, I started working with a health coach for the first time. She taught me how to eat well, manage my symptoms through dietary changes and reduce my stress through meditation. She changed how I saw my situation. I thought everything was simply happening to me and that I was powerless to stop it. She showed me that wasn’t true.

All along, I’d had the power to give my body what it needed. This experience inspired me to become a health coach. It showed me how essential it is to have someone in your life who can teach you to listen to your body and help you make lifestyle changes without feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes, we need a guide to help us tune out the noise (of what to eat and how to live).
