Bio: Erin is a certified health coach and yoga teacher who has a Bachelor of Science in nutrition, wellness & dietetics. She works with her clients encouraging them to starting small with daily and weekly goals, which will in turn help to create habits. Once these habits are formed, that is when people start to see changes physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My Story: Hello! I am Coach Erin, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I like to consider myself very personable and love to interact with others. Supporting people to reach their health goals is a passion of mine; seeing and hearing your excitement when that comes to fruition is very gratifying for me! 

I’ve found that even though people are often highly motivated to change certain health-related habits, the process of behavior change remains challenging for some. I encourage starting small with daily and weekly goals, which will in turn help to create habits. Once a habit is formed, that is when we start to see changes physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

I also believe that giving ourselves “YOU” time allows us to be the very best version of ourselves. Self-Love, it costs nothing, and you gain everything! I believe that the relationship with yourself sets the tone for all other relationships in your life. 

Since a young age, I have had a genuine passion for wellness and helping others, which brought me to becoming a Certified Health Coach. Teaching my participants how to best support their bodies through the aspects of nutrition, movement, and kindness all while enjoying the process. No one walks this journey alone and I am here to support and cheer you on along the way! I graduated from The University of Akron choosing to double major in Nutrition & Dietetics and Environmental Human Nutrition because I was so eager to learn complementary aspects within the nutrition field. Coaching and understanding what it takes to maintain a healthy work-life balance in everyday life. 

Keeping my health (physically, mentally, and spiritually) a priority goes back as far as I can remember and has naturally become engrained in my family. My husband and I both cherish our health and well-being. I am also a mother of two and they both keep me very active and always smiling 🙂 

I am all about creating balance and sustainability in our lives, and that is where Lifestyle Beautiful made such a significant impact on me as I learned the concepts including the social and behavioral dynamics of wellness.
