My Story: What wellness means to me is being in a state of good health holistically (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially). I am so passionate about wellness because it is a crucial aspect of daily life that many people struggle to find or balance.
I personally struggled to be heavier, which lead me to pursue the health and fitness industry 7 years ago. Soon after I discovered the importance of not only my physical well-being but also my emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being and how they are all interconnected.
